This step is only helpful if you have completed your 2010 bi-annual submission. SARS has used that information to allocate Income Tax numbers automatically for those employees whose information was complete.
It will help to determine which employees have been allocated IT numbers and who still has to be applied for.
In Easyfile:
Go to Utilities/Synchronise Application
Type in sarsefiling credentials.
After the message "synchronisation complete' Go to Import/Export
Select Export Payroll file/Select Company name/Export
Make a note of the export path
In Mirror payroll:
Go to Tax Set and click on "Compare with Easyfile"
Point to the file that was exported from Easyfile
Mirror will create a comparison report - print it.
